The #1 Complaint from Health Care Providers & Service-Based Business Owners
The most common frustration I hear is this: I want high-caliber customers who will pay top-dollar private pay, but all I keep getting are low-paying or Medicaid clients. Recently, a chiropractic office reached out to me for a marketing assessment. As part of my process, I first performed an online presence audit—and even onboarded myself as a first-time client to experience exactly what their customers experienced. First Impressions Matter When I arrived, I noticed the office was located in a rural area, far from the higher-income part of town. The surrounding area was mostly colleges, which isn’t necessarily bad, but the parking was difficult, and I had to cross a major street to enter the building. For high-paying clients, accessibility is key. If it feels inconvenient, they’ll choose somewhere else. Inside the Office Once inside, the experience improved. The suite was very nice, onboarding paperwork was quick and digital, and I was seen right away. The service itself was a solid 10/10.Online Presence is where the cracks showed:-Google Listing: Very few views, not showing up on the first or even second page of Google, and not properly optimized.-Website: Generic, lacking testimonials, and no clear sign of branding.-Social media: Rated about a 5/10—lots of dancing and trend-following videos, but missing a balance of expert content, consistent branding, and messaging. The Takeaway Before choosing a provider, most people check Google, reviews, websites, and social media. If these pieces don’t line up with the high-quality experience you provide in person, you’ll miss out on high-paying clients. This is just the beginning of the story—I’ll be sharing more lessons in the next newsletter.Want to attract more private-pay clients and position your business as the premium choice?👉 Book a free Brand Audit Call with and let’s identify the gaps that are costing you high-value customers. https://calendly.com/workwithme-2/connection-collaboration-call

Abandoned Veteran
I received a Call from patient this weekend who stated his caregiver who he hired privately didn't show up. This is a call that I get a lot, and this time was a bit different. I went to potentially onboard this client this past Monday but was unsuccessful due to the situation being beyond our scope. I did however help him that day and returned at a later date with my Nurse to fully assess him. He denied care and assessment, but still we did make sure he ate and had proper hydration and left him with several resources and I also gave me the number of a few independent caregivers who can potentially care for him as well. Today it is a lot going on government shutdowns, tariffs, laws affecting care. But in the mist of it all we can always chose to help others as a small business home care owner I truly believe in help those who cannot help themselves. I am wishing that everyone who sees this message can call or reach out to those who may be in need and make a difference. The world still needs good loving people. I will be speaking more on this situation on the podcast so do me a favor if you haven't subscribed, please subscribe and listen out for the next episode. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/what-if-you-could-rewire-your-brain-without-medication/id1708110322?i=1000725277224Peace and Love- The Care Girl
