1. Contact the lead right away, yes it will be other agencies with the same lead as you. But they have limited the amount per county so don't be afraid to email, text and call.

3.The follow-up is key call weekly until you get a direct no or yes.

Keep them on your contact list and check-in monthly. I have closed leads from a year ago by just following up.

Sometimes leads my choose a different agency but guess what even if they do call back every 3 months you never know if and when you need to save the day.
