2024 Homecare Goals/planning

I’ve been missing in action for awhile, moving into new territory in life and business.

I have a question for you what will you eliminate and let go in order to get to the new state of success that is waiting for.

Elevation will require elimination. I found myself operating in a scarcity mindset and had to sit back and understand that the work we are doing as Homecare agency owners, is bigger than us.

We can’t do it alone, we need community we need delegation.

In #2024 we can no longer sacrifice ourselves to sustain a business that doesn’t pay us. We must put systems in place and people in place. If funding is needed we need to be seeking it.

• Ask for help, if you feel like you are in a stuck spot in your current business, seek a consultant who can push you to the next level.

• Join a group or Mastermind that can help you elevate

• Attend events and conferences that will aid in your personal development.

A key piece that I feel we are missing as business owners is leadership, we focus on more clients but experience high turn over in caregivers. Working on personal development and leadership is a must.

Developing a true culture and having a true mission and not accepting certain things in your business will set you apart. Every hire is not a good hire, every client is your ideal client.
